Directions for Use
- Be aware that this tea is a diuretic and will increase urination.
- Bring 3/4ths of a gallon of water to boiling.
- Pour the water into a glass container. Iron and nickel pots will react to the tea, so mixing the tea in a glass container is suggested.
- Place the tea bag into the water. For best results let it set over night, and then refrigerate it while storing the tea.
- Drink 4 to 8 ounces of the tea at a time, once or twice a day.
- Continue drinking the tea daily for 21 days.
